Patient Visitation - Elderly & Disabled

Many individuals are unable to routinely visit their loved ones who are elderly or disabled patients residing alone or in a care facility. Consequently, they worry about what kind of care is being provided. Ross-Graham Investigations, LLC can help.

You can hire an investigator to make one or more unannounced visits each month. The investigator will document the date and time of each visit, and report on any observations that might be of concern to the client. If requested and authorized, the investigator will also photograph and/or make an audio recording with the patient. Any suspicious injury, such as unusual bruises or other condition that is observed will be documented and photographed, if possible. We will also report on the living conditions observed during the visitation.

These visitations put the care provider on notice that someone is watching out to see that the patient is receiving quality care. Thus, if the standard of care for the patient was substandard before, we are confident that it will improve with this service.
