Missing Persons

Our agency has access to the same data bases as the larger agencies use when attempting to locate missing persons. We have access to millions of public records, non-published telephone numbers, cellular numbers, credit reports, bank accounts, etc. (Access to some records is restricted by law and not always available unless authorized.) We also have associations with other investigators all around the country. If we have a possible lead, we can quickly check it out personally, or with the assistance of a qualified investigator in other locales.

Child ID Kits / DNA Collections

Children are our most valuable resource. Did you know that in the United States more than 2100 children are reported missing each day? Most parents have experienced the panic of not knowing where their child is, if only for a moment. Children wander off from amusement parks, department stores, camp grounds, and such. Thankfully, most of these kids are found within minutes. But, some are not. Some children are taken by an estranged or divorced parent who takes the child from the custodial parent. Some children are lured away by family members, neighbors, or other persons who have won their confidence. Today, with the popularity of the Internet, children are enticed to leave home by false promises made by child molesters and child killers. And, of course, some children run away for other reasons, becoming vulnerable to those who would use children for their own selfish fetishes. Caring parents and guardians should educate their children to protect them from harm. But, regardless of all our precautions, children will go missing. When they do, there are precautions that can be undertaken to ensure the likelihood that they will be quickly identified, then located and safely returned. It is remarkable how many parents have difficulty providing a valid physical description of their child, or locating a recent photograph or other identification. That’s where we can help.

Ross-Graham Investigations, LLC will provide their client with a Child Identification Kit for each child. They will photograph the child and obtain rolled fingerprint impressions. They will collect hair and saliva samples and preserve them for future DNA comparison if needed. They will provide a booklet (kit) within which the parent will record the child’s height, weight, hair and eye color, and other descriptive details. All of this information can then be maintained by the parent/guardian in one convenient location, readily available to provide to authorities if the child should ever go missing.

Many police departments provide this kind of service free of charge at certain times of the year. And, they should be commended for the service. But, having to be available at the convenience of the authorities is not always a viable option. Some parents/guardians would prefer not to have to stand in line for extended periods waiting to get their child/children identified. For a reasonable fee, Ross-Graham Investigations, LLC will perform this service at the convenience of the client, in their home or other designated location. If this is your preference, contact us.
