Media Appearances & Film Production Consultations

We use our expertise to assist in film production and other media relating to issues involving the assessment of criminal behavior, criminal profiling, and police investigative procedures.

Death Investigations (working a cold case homicide)

The agency specializes in the investigation of cold-case homicides and other sudden, unexpected deaths.  When a homicide investigation has gone cold and the official investigative agency has scaled down their inquiry, the murder victim’s loved ones sometimes reach out to private investigators to help try to resolve the case. 

Other times the decedent’s family may believe that the official investigation’s findings were flawed and that the real truth about what led to the death of their loved one remains yet to be determined.  Then they may call upon the services of trained, experienced private investigators to pursue the case.  Our agency offers competent, professional services to such clients.

Criminal Profiling and Consultations

Thanks in large part to our affiliation with famed FBI Criminal Profiler, Colonel Robert K. Ressler (retired), the agency offers consultations to assist in detecting and interpreting criminal behavior evidence left at crime scenes.  Identification of offender conduct, MO (method of operation), and a thorough victimology often helps investigators to short-cut an inquiry by providing a profile of the likely suspect(s).  The investigators can devote most of their resources toward subjects that somewhat match the profile, while placing those who do not fit the profile on a lower priority list.
